This is the honey of persimmon. The persimmon is called "Koshu Hyakumonme Kaki" and farmed without using any agricultural chemicals. Try three different types of the persimmon's honey. All are made by same persimmons, however, each of them are harvested by different level of maturities.
＜Sample1＞ "Tenshi no Wakemae" :Squeeze from Hyakumonme persimmons harvested after becoming riped and beutiful orange color. Because this honey is made from raw persimmons, you can taste thier freshness and moderate acidity.
＜Sample2>"Kuro Mitsu" ： Made from non-fumigant dried persimmon called "Kurogaki". It's very rich taste and characterized by a moderate sweet and a pleasant astringency.
＜Sample3> "Jukuneri Kakimitsu" ：Squeezed from Hyakumonme persimmons which are ripe for long period, and the its red color turned into as if it looks transparent. It features a unique texture like a raw caramel and unbelievably rich persimmon's flavor.
