Kakushikaiji Houtou Noodle with Miso Soup (For 2 Person)
This product is called "Hoto" which is well known as a local product of Yamanashi Prefecture.
This is raw noodle that can be stored at room temperature. Usually it is common to use alcohol, salt, and modified starch whereas This Hoto is not used these materials at all, and it is just made up with Japanese flour and water only.
The noodles are not getting too soft even after boiling, so you can enjoy Hoto's original "al dente" texture.
Hoto is generally eaten with Miso (fermented soybeans paste) soup. Thick and chewy noodles and rich taste of miso soup are perfect combination.
